For us, the decision to begin making soap began with one day reading (or trying) the ingredient list on a bottle of shampoo and only recognizing one ingredient - water. This realization led to researching and consequently making soap that contains only natural ingredients. If you wouldn't eat it, don't put in on your skin. We list all our ingredients on each bar- no preservatives, no fillers, no chemicals and no fragrance. We measure, mix, pour & cut the soap we make in our Michigan Kitchen.
